Quieting The Mind
Become even a little more aware of yourself, you'll notice a constant reality: our minds are always chattering...inner dialog, commentary, judgment.. Who is talking to whom, and why? With our attention taken up by this nonstop inner chatter, we cannot hear our own inner wisdom.
