Wow, doesn't that just say it all! Observe your irritations. Attempt to learn something about yourself through the process. Ask yourself, Is this something that always bothers me? Why does it bother me? Would I be more at peace if I just let it be, knowing that MY peace is what is being affected when I don't let it be?
